Biographie
Seba has a very lackadaisical attitude, whether he's on an important mission or he's reporting to a superior he displays a general lack of concern that borderlines on apathetic. He's also the kind of man to call a spade a spade, divulging how the person they abducted was not actually their proper target despite the risk of incurring Kashima's wrath. However, despite of his carefree nature, Seba has a good work ethic and is more then capable of some modicum of long-term planning as he wishes to save up enough money so he can retire and, by his own admission during his clash with Shin, he hated stamping our early when the job isn't done.
