Being cruel and sadistic enough to torture Oz or "serving a head on a platter" is all about an emotional reaction to losing someone she loved, so I don't think there is a specific Cognitive Function behind those actions. So, I rather observe her "healthier" side and that is someone who manages to reach conclusions without actually having material proof, someone who's observant about their goal but not exactly about their social behavior, using Fe for understanding and reading through her enemies and family, which sounds like Ni-Fe for me, using Fe as a weapon to complete her Ni Usually, Fe doms are more centered around interpersonal values and fostering harmony (Not necessarily good harmony, mind you) then following their abstract intuition first like Sophia does
