I think she is neutral evil in moral allignement: Especially until season 2 episode 7 (e8 and beyond hasnt been released as of yet) - She seems to be mostly out for her own good and her own survival - She chooses to harm others when there are other options on the table - She is feared by already morally questionable peers A case could be made for chaotic neutral, and lawfull evil. But i dont think they are as fitting as neutral evil.
