He is definitely intuitive because looks to the future with a desire to destroy the government system which has been keeping him and his people down and wants to build a new kratocratic government where the strong rule. He’s obviously Thinking over feeling through his disregard for people’s emotions and only values efficiency and undying loyalty to him even if it’s extremely immoral and has very little to no empathy for anyone.
