He is clearly an ENFJ. Fe is very high in how he treats everyone, those he works with, his daughter, etc. Ni was not as prominent, though still shone through. What makes him clearly an ENFJ rather than an INFJ is his high Se. His physical organisation and awareness as a secretary and a father is just 10/10, and more so how he plays with his daughter and is such a good cook. Some used what he said about his childhood as an indication that he is an INFJ. However, he grew up neglected and traumatised, that would definitely contribute to him being more fearful and less social as a child.
