She literally just knew her husband was the killer based on being hyper-vigilant about certain aspects of her environment and unconsciously piecing them together. The way he smelled when he got into bed. She intuitively knew it was him and put in the tip based on intuition and zero concrete facts/evidence. She hoped it was not him but she KNEW she was right and put in the tip anyway. She was leading with - and following - her Ni the whole time.
