I agree. INTJs tend to struggle with inertia and analysis paralysis. Se is way too low. Although I wouldn't say INTJs are lazy so much as they struggle with meaning and motivation, and perhaps feeling daunted by the Se details needed to get things moving. For any INTJs struggling with execution, my advice is to pick one of the many exciting Ni-Fi visions that come naturally to you and just start doing. It doesn't matter how far you get. It doesn't matter if it doesn't work out. It doesn't matter if you have to stop, recharge, and start again. Harness your Te by organizing yourself and doing, even if it's a little at a time. Baby steps. Learn to plow through the dullness by relying on Te instead of Ni. Try to quiet Ni a little by focusing on Te. I think you'll find that motivation will come of its own accord once the ball starts rolling, once you start seeing some progress toward your grand vision, no matter how modest it seems at first. And don't be a little b*tch. The reason you want to put in effort is to improve your life. Become valuable. It's for self-empowerment. It's rational.
