Based on some of the interviews I’ve read and seen of Joe, he seems to have a lot of Ni-Fe in him. Most of the ideas he gets for Bluey episodes are based on one singular concept, and then he tries to sort and plan it out in a visionary, futuristic way (Ni), and already has the whole episode planned in his mind. His Fe is evident in how he has claimed to be a people-pleaser, in the way he makes episodes of Bluey. Joe even said himself in an interview about the episode “Stickbird”, being asked why Bandit was sad in the episode; Joe said it was based on him constantly trying to make episodes of Bluey to make others happy; but when Bluey started to get controversial and cause debate, it made him feel like he wasn’t being appreciated for what he’s done; despite trying so hard to please everyone. Joe also has a really good understanding of demographics, and how the minds of parents and children work (also a sign of a Ni-Fe); and he often talks about it in interviews. I also see some tertiary Ti in how he logically analyzes concepts and ideas for Bluey episodes, and how those ideas could work logically and effectively. His Ti isn’t as prevalent as his Ni and Fe, but it is somewhat noticeable; simply judging by the way he talks in interviews. His inferior Se isn’t really noticeable, and he doesn’t really seem to showcase much Se; based on what I’ve read and seen of him. Which makes sense, considering how it’s the fourth function (a function that most people struggle with, or is hidden from most people).
