Why this page is existing? I don't think that death note affect his personality. Any person if he or she could kill just writing somebody's in the note shows one's worst traites. But everyone had this traites all the time, we are just tied with fear before laws and punishment. But if you will use death note noone will any guess that it is you if you won't use it as frequently as Light did. Look at historical examples, if there is a civil war in the country and its doesn't have any government, the level of crimes including murderers and lynching will be increased. So Light always was that ENTJ definitely. Death note - just a suddenly opportunity to turn his dreams into reality.
