James Cloudmill is very keen on money and often resorts to tricks to earn it. He is Alex Cloudmill's little brother, a youthful, clever boy. For example, he makes everyone believe Mayor Peanut can talk so he can sell merchandise. He pretty much runs Fort Pinta and is constantly thinking up new tourist attractions. But he's actually a good guy and quite willing to help (especially if he gets something in return). Even his old stuffed dragon, Token, has earned him money by having players take photos with him for postcards.
