I'm not sure how some people get Te dom out of him. His need to orient himself with other people seems very Fe. He feels lonely from his title as the ruler of hell because as he described it himself: "It always feels like people are walking on eggshells around me." He's not about efficiency or systems, he's very people centered and his whole idea for the exchange student program was to bring all 3 realms together in harmony. Doesn't exactly sound like Te to me.
Biographie
