I'm not sure if this guy is systematic type other than him being devoted to the empire the overall danger Se experience that he encounter shielded the Fi dominance decision making as a way to take advantage of the system that were given to him most likely that system that not a lot of people would not be able or privelege to go against the emperor and for it's safety that's why I suggest unhealthy sx 6 with Fi dominance and overall unhealthy Se and the advantage Te with Ni enclose. Since he was unconscious it also meant that He was relying on Ni-Te with that FL as see her as a threat.
