After read the first season...I believe Justin indeed use Te-Ni more instead of Ne-Ti...this might be spoiler btw...and I might be wrong too because this is just my opinion. First, in the beginning...Justin was exhausted from overworking because he even reviewing what he learned inside his dream. When Miena enter his dream, Justin even say if this maybe because his consciousness trying to analyze his condition so this is effective for himself. That's already a clear Te-dominant traits who wanted efficiency. Justin never asked the details about Miena's power and say if he knows that Miena can enter other's dream and that's enough for him. I believe if he's Ne-dominant, he'll get curious to what else Miena could do with her power? Justin also said if he values talented people like Miena, that's why Justin give her time to rest. Justin may be open minded, but his focus is not about exploring possibilities like Ne usually do, his focus is on what this could do for his goal/duty/obligation. Why Ni as auxiliary then? Well, because he rarely saw any Si trait in the first season. He's not exactly rigid with the rules when doing his duty. But, I don't know what will happen in the second season...when he grown up. Because I see Lus changed there, so it's possible for Justin to change too...
