Cthaeh is a kind of omniscient entity, and shows an objective view of reality (Te). Cthaeh does not use Ne simply because he does not intuit the various possibilities of what could happen in the future. On the contrary, he knows exactly what he will do and what will happen (Ni). So I see INTJ as the most viable type.
