Roger is definitely an ENFP rather than an ESFP. A highly immature one, but an ENFP nonetheless. There are many storylines in which he develops a sudden fascination for some new interest before inevitably dropping it after it loses its novelty factor (Ne impulsivity rather than Se impulsivity). We can compare him to an actual Se dom like Paige, who generally lives in the moment, while Roger spends a lot of time coming up with strange, zany and fairly childlike ideas that inevitably get shot down by Andy.
