Now that I finished Vicious, I agree with the ENFJ typing. Eli is an ENFJ, but an extremely unhealthy one. He claims that he's doing things for the greater good and rationalizes his actions (Fe/Ti imabalance). His Ni, combined with his 1w2, makes him incredibly idealistic. He believes himself to be an agent of God that is eradicating those that are "unnatural". I don't think Ni is his dominant function, because even he admits that Victor (an Ni dom) is better at making connections than he is.
