User exPDBee3770265 explained it perfectly. Betrayus is a shell of his former dictator self. He is obsessive in wants, backwards in almost every aspect of his personality, regresses very often, does not form a coherent plan & has other people do it for him (takes the credit as well), most thoughts he forms are shallow and aggressive, I could go on and on. Lord Betrayus, and the entire PMaTGA series could've been so much better. Political rivalry between brothers is awesome, but was executed poorly among all other parts of this show.
