i've read the manga and trust me, she is not at all 1 wing. she enforces peace and bosses people to get it, like when she helped out hina during their break up, it was obvious that she wasnt a 1 wing cause she would do anything to change for the better, while if she was a 9w1, she most likely wouldve resolved this in a way much more organized and calmer manner. another example of her 8 wing is how she manages her crush on Draken. she wants to be challenged and do all these crazy stuff to get his attention. if you can see 9w1 in her more than 9w8, please give me some examples!!!
Biographie
Emma has a very childish demeanor when around Ken, her long time crush. She will often flirt with others to try to get him jealous and then deflate when he doesn't get angry, hoping to steal his attention from her brother. She acts older than she is because she wishes to grow up faster but her childish nature comes out still. She is loyal to her brother and listens to his orders.
