the only way thing about her that looks relatively Fe is that she's manipulative. and even that doesn't necessarily mean she's a Fe user. The way she goes about manipulating is through blatantly lying and trying (and failing) to deceive people, not through reading others' emotions and using that to figure out how to trick people. her methods of manipulation are the same regardless of who she's trying to manipulate; I feel like Fe manipulators would change up their methods depending on the person.
