Tokiko Tsumugi (紬つむぎ 十喜子ときこ, Tsumugi Tokiko?) is a fictional character from the series The Student Council President is the No. 1 Host. She is the host Rei Kogami's ace (a customer who spends the most money on a host). She defends Rei from the other hosts when they find out that Rei is a girl.
