Just because he’s a stereotypical evil genius mastermind, that doesn’t make him INTJ. My vote for ENTJ is predominant Te-Se usage and initial showings of underdeveloped Fi at the beginning of the series. Stewie for the vast majority of the show is portrayed as being externally focused on reality through a detached judging metric (Te) and processing it directly through concrete data (Se). Yes, he’s at times seen as socially introverted, yes he has strong Ni, but his primary focus is his actual control and influence over the world, not internal synthesis of the information that he obtained. Whenever he does show Ni, it’s generally in support of his Te’s desire to have an in-depth analysis to align itself with what is needed from the outside world. This is opposed to Te being in support of Ni, to look outside of one’s dominant subjective holistic worldview, and have their singular perception of reality be grounded via detached reasoning. Does Stewie seem more focused on internal analysis and closure or does he seem more focused on an external orientation towards his desire for materialistic achievement? Furthermore, he demonstrates great confidence with his Se usage, him going out and impulsively acting on establishing his dominance by taking advantage of opportunities before him. Throughout the show he consistently shows that it’s the function he likes to “play with” the most, and he does so with ease. Usually, it’s only after he’s acted that we seen him doing any sort of Ni-Fi reflection of what took place, and on that front, there is a serious issue with his Fi. For the vast majority of the show he’s been shown to ignore his Fi usage, for most of his instances using it immaturely and putting an emphasis on it when falling under stress. Not what you would typically see from someone who has a cognitive inward focus, this is implies that Se serves as his relief, and Fi is his insecurity. This character isn’t easy to type because of how inconsistent he is, but most of the time his traits align with that of an XNTJ. That being said, he has for the majority of the series been portrayed as Te dominant, people keep saying that he’s obvious an INTJ yet the arguments are non-existent. Why is he an Ni dom?
