The original material was a parody video of two students from Jiangxi Police Academy imitating an exaggerated performance on a TV shopping channel at the time. In the video, salesman A (Yu Jingming, dressed in a police uniform) promotes a domestic mobile phone called "Gionee Voice King A90," and disparages several foreign mobile phones commonly found on the market at the time, such as "Nokia," "San Zha Phone," and "iPhone 7," uttering the famous line: "What is an iPhone? An iPhone is garbage!"
