Tsukasa Houjou (宝城 司, Hōjō Tsukasa) is the chairman of Ousei Academy and the father of Kaori Houjou and Kasumi Houjou.Tsukasa is an elderly man with gray hair and few wrinkles. He wore a brown suit.
