Edit: Adding this reply I told someone else: He says his reason for playing basketball is because he is tall and has physical prowess. He also figured, incorrectly, that this physical prowess is all he needs to play the game. He told himself he doesn't need the passion for it, nor any practice. He reacted the way he did when he lost because his logical framework and understanding of basketball (you should play if you're naturally good, you should give up if you're not), which he thought was truth for years, was shattered and proven wrong. Biographie
The former center of the Teikou Middle School Basketball Team and a member of the Generation of Miracles. He listens to no one but Akashi and still does even though they are currently in different schools. He didn't play for Yousen in the National High School Basketball Tournament finals simply because Akashi told him not to. He was the fourth GOM member to appear.
