Personnalité

"Quel type de personnalité est The Ninth Doctor? The Ninth Doctor est un type de personnalité ISTP dans MBTI, 5w4 - sp/so - 582 dans Enneagram, RCUEI dans Big 5, LSI dans Socionics."

A more ‘rugged individualist’ sort of LSI. Seems the most serious of all the New Who Doctors about not meddling with the laws of time. After allowing Rose to watch her father die again (likely Fi role making an exception out of courtesy) he is frustrated with himself after she messes up because he’d deviated from his ‘common sense’ of time travel. He is entirely unsympathetic to Rose after she saves her father and messes with events, berating her and insulting her intelligence. His attitude thereafter is incredibly stern, judgemental and arbitrary. He makes it absolutely clear to Rose that she had violated something key. Clear and pretty striking example of an LSI’s Ti-Se in the treatment of laws and how their violation is dealt with. I believe the episode ‘Father’s Day’ is enough on its own to justify this typing. A lot of it speaks to his values and ego block strengths/emphasis. Doctor: “I know what I’m doing, you don’t. Two sets of us being there made it a vulnerable point.” Rose: “But he’s alive!” Doctor: “My entire planet died. My whole Family. Do you think it never occurred to me to go back and save them?” Full scene: https://youtu.be/0lOtGciWErs Ti vs Fi Conflict between Nine (LSI) and Rose (possibly SEE).

Biographie

The brooding, but very sassy veteran. Riddled with survivor guilt from his memories of the Time War, the Ninth Doctor was dark, cynical, and moody at times, and his eagerness to take on "tourists" was diminished. His short temper made it harder to relate to people, and he reacted like a scorched cat whenever they let him down, yet all of it masked great affection and empathy for others, and that he was a (reluctant) optimist at his core. Prone to mood swings, switching between a clown and jerkass within the breadth of the same conversation. Most normally dressed Doctor, with close-cropped hair, a wristwatch, Timberlands, and beat-up leather jacket. A much more street-smart Doctor than previous versions, even outright stating that he doesn't "do domestic". Made a heroic sacrifice the Fifth would be proud of and was generally fantastic.
