Like most characters in Community, she is a highly exaggerated version of her type with the stereotypical flaws and biases of Fi-dominant brought to their extreme. Confrontational and unwilling to compromise, this is what repressed Te looks like at its worst. Ne is clearly visible but it takes a passive observational role, working for the Fi, in contrast to the active exploratory role you would expect of an Ne-dom (which is how we usually see Jeff using Ne). This is why she and Jeff have chemistry (and she usually perceives his intentions), but the conflict between Ti-Fe and dominant Fi is why they are constantly at odds with one another.

A passionate but inept political activist, feminist, anarchist cat owner and psychology student, who, although generally well meaning, tends to eagerly latch on to particular causes with more enthusiasm (and obnoxious self-righteousness) than actual understanding or dedication.
