Despite being a kids’ cartoon character, where you expect exaggerated/stereotyped personalities, I think it’s remarkable how we’re given a look at more than JUST Bubbles’ Si-driven adherence to the rules. You get to see his Fi peek out when he shows his ability to put himself in Nani’s shoes, yet at the same time admonishes her to think about what is right for Lilo and not for herself. Te-Fi together are about doing what you must and sticking to your principles, not pleasing people…but when you have both together, it’s not as cold and heartless as one might assume. And you even get a look at his Ne at the very end…yes, it’s an inferior function but he DOES know how to use it when it comes time for a “creative” application of rules at the end instead of going strictly by the letter of the law. It even seems like a bit of an INFP’s Fi-Ne in that moment, where doing what is morally right becomes more important than following every little rule exactly as it was meant to be applied. Since this is an anomaly for him I still think Bubbles is a clear ISTJ, but one that does know how to utilize his other functions when push comes to shove.

Cobra Bubbles is a major character from the Lilo & Stitch franchise. He is a former CIA agent who became a social worker by the time of the original film.
