Biographie
Mr. Chen (voiced by Kenpei Yamamoto) A former resident of the Second Kowloon Walled City. In his spare time, he played mahjong with Lao Zhou and two others. San Xing, who runs a clinic, used him as a test subject for the idea that the replica of the Second Kowloon Walled City couldn't coexist with the original, who had come from the outside world. His original self witnessed the demolition of the Second Kowloon Walled City firsthand and currently lives in urban Hong Kong, offering guidance to a perplexed Yang Ming.
