His Fe is quite apparent from the moment he meets Soap and Ghost. When Ghost interrupts Soap and goes "That's enough!", you can see the Fe (+ Ni) gears turning in his head through his subtle expression change and nod, despite this only being their first interaction. He immediately understands the situation and that it's something Ghost doesn't want to talk about, and he goes on to casually diffuse the tension (in contrast to Soap's lack of Fe, who you'd think would know better not to talk about it since he's known Ghost longer). Later on in the car when Rudolfo comments about Ghost's mask, Alejandro who had already picked up on Ghost's vibes and knows that it's a sore subject tried to hush Rudolfo. He's generally pretty slick in handling social situations. The way Alejandro and Rudolfo are in charge of Los Vaqueros also has this "family" or "wolf pack-like" approach, wanting no one to be left behind and generally having a group-oriented mindset. This tends to be the case for a lot of ENFJ leaders. He pretty much immediately trusts Soap and Ghost and makes sure to integrate them nicely into Los Vaqueros. "My base is your base." He has a pretty good balance of Ni and Se, Se is a given since you generally have to be good at acting on the fly and being resourceful in the force. I.e. when he says to jump off the cliff into the river below when cornered at a dead end. His Ni shines a little when they're infiltrating El Sin Nombre's building. When he's in the elevator with Soap, he intuitively knows that Soap should say the complete truth during the interrogation and he gives Soap the reassurance to reveal the info (a bit of Fe here too). I think it's interesting that he says this only when he's with Soap instead of when they're on the roof with Ghost and Graves, despite it being more dangerous to have that conversation in the building than outside. Perhaps it was his Ni telling him that he shouldn't trust Graves and say all that in front of him, but I could be reading into it too much. There are other small parts where you can see his Ni, like when he makes sure to grab a mask and knife for Soap, or when he tells Soap to get a quieter gun.
