The only love interest of Chandler’s where I really did feel he was head over heels in love with. There was that great period with Janice but that was due to external factors pushing him towards her and him convincing himself the universe pushed him towards her after he inadvertently reconnected with her online after rejecting her like three times prior. As for Monica… I love them together but it felt like a very different kind of chemistry and love than the incredible heightened enamored feelings that just exuded out of him when he fell for Cathy. Reminds me of those very special unusual relationships where an ENTP and INFP really connect and make it work. Too bad the writers felt the need to get rid of her because I really liked her, even though I find that whole start of her and Chandler’s relationship really icky these days.
