Theodore Quincy Ramirez (born February 29, 1988) is Joseph's second oldest brother and wishes to become a co-founder of an unknown company Joseph founded. He was a former football and basketball player like his brother, Joseph. He was falsely arrested in the episode "I'll find a way to get outta here" because he was suspected of causing a vehicle collision that injured a woman and claimed the lives of two individuals. He and Van were both born on a leap year day since they were both born on February 29, 1988, the same day and year as each other. His great-great-great-grandmother, with whom he only shares 3.125% of her DNA, is either of Dominican/African-American or possibly Hispanic ancestry.
