Basically Meg Griffin, but i'm stereotyping heavily here, so feel free to correct me, if i had to defend my argument i would say she's driven by her inner feelings of worhtlessness or however you write that, which is centered around her own perception of self as someone unattractive (fi) Then she doesn't seem a very down to earth person, and instead of planning something carefully she comes up with ideas on the spot just like when she immediately posted Dongsoo's photo online to find out his identity just after he roasted her, which displays Ne in how she used the security camera's footage and made up a story about wanting to give him back his lost maletin (forgot how to say that in english)
