Biographie
Veck Simms is the main antagonist of Paul Blart: Mall Cop. He was portrayed by Keir O'Donnell. Veck's criminal past is not well known, although it is implied that he went to college and was educated in computers which he would later use for his own personal and financial gain, intending to take the wealth he stole and go to the Caiman Islands.
