Frill Shiranui is a student of the Performing Art Programs and a classmate of Ruby Hoshino. She is a multi-talented performer who can sing, dance and act. She appears to be an aloof girl of few words. She is attentive of the careers of others, quickly recognizing Minami and Aqua and remembering their previous jobs when she first meet them. Another facet of her personality is her sense of humor, which has been referred to as "Actually pretty funny" .
