My conclusion about the character's type is ENTJ (Te>Ni>Se>Fi) from her lines! In her voices we see that the character appears to have a lot of Se involved, which made me question a possible ESFP, as apparently she kind of presents Te> Se most of her time. I don't think that mandy can help the Fi function since in many lines like: "i'm one tough cookie!" "Sweetness ain't my game" can be entered a lot (Tx), but as it takes it a lot to a personal judgmental side, I found it good Fi inf when there's this line: "I'm too sweet for this world!" I could understand that she differs a lot for a line that she says is tough and that sweetness is not her game when she says that she is too sweet for this world. So we have a Fi inf Se in your lines too: "Come on people get a move on" "Suck on that!" "One taste is all it takes" "Bitter like burnt syrup" There is Ni in this character's lines when she refers to being like a child in a candy store. The dominant Te I think is very visible in her speeches.
