What a terrible mother, no wonder Stella turned out to be who she is. She clearly is core 8, like someone mentioned below in the comments, Stella's monologue about her mother to Musa proved that - she didn't want her to show weakness and trained her to be the next powerful fairy. Her persona is charismatic and powerful who knows what she's doing. She's very straight-forward and harsh if she sees that reality isn't what she demands (Farah not re-training Stella fast enough). I hate how they changed Stella's parents in this series. Both of them were quite caring and warm parents, it's just that... they divorced (read somewhere because of his workaholism?). I think it would be enough of the trauma for Stella instead of demonizing Luna. I guess it was just too important to make it this way. I hope at least Radius makes comeback in the second season

Luna is a recurring character from Fate: The Winx Saga. She is Stella’s mother and the Queen of Solaria, known as the Queen of Light — one of the most powerful fairies of the realm. In the series, she is portrayed by Kate Fleetwood.
