Mir is shown in her story to enjoy the thrill of combat and, to a much lesser extent, the ability to protect others. Being heavily dependent upon the thrill of battle, she loses all hope and motivation to act without it. She does not put much thought into her personal desires and is largely indifferent to the nature of the world around her.
