Biographie
Margulan Seissembayev (Kazakh: Марғұлан Қалиұлы Сейсембаев, Marǵulan Qalıuly Seısembaev; Born 2 November 1966 in Alma-Ata.) is a Kazakhstan businessman, Kazakh investor, traveler, public figure and businessman. He spent his childhood and youth in the Ulytau District of the Jezkazgan Region. Margulan is descended from the Baganaly clan of the Naiman tribe. Seissembayev 's father worked as an agronomist, and his family moved from one state farm to another in the Jezkazgan Region. After graduating high school, he worked for two years as a shepherd at the Sary-Kengir state farm, as well as a senior beekeeper at the Amangeldy state farm, Ulytau District, Jezkazgan Region. From 1987, he studied at the Kirov State University, majoring in Law. He learned English on his own, working as a translator from Kazakh to English and vice versa.
