i.... ENTP? how? she constantly brings up her feelings about her father abandoning her family and even told the landlord outright that she wasn't mourning over his death but rather what he did before he died (aka abandoning them) for this reason she may look like she has subjective sensing but i think that's more influenced by her high usage of Fi i think her use of Te is pretty good since she came up with the idea of making a home out of her father's old house before he passed I don't see high intuition in her since she seems to interact more with her surroundings rather than thinking up hypotheticals
