No way in hell is he Ne>Se. He's definitely Ji>Je and Pi>Pe (introverted). Going off that information there are only 4 introverted functions that could be his dominant. Ti, Fi, Si and Ni. This crosses off any EXXX types. He doesn't have high Ni. There is a general mapping out of what to do but it leaves the player free to decide. There isn't a select plan that he chooses to follow. One example is the "answering radio ability" in which he makes something up instead of an articulated plan that foresees a guard coming in. This crosses off INXJ types. He doesn't have high Fi. In the cutscenes, he isn't shown to make decisions off what he thinks is "right and wrong." All he wants is for payments to come in which is really all he wants. There are very few high Fi assassins in the world however after the Freelancer shoots Harvey/lets him get arrested he makes a remark that is very Fi like. Either way, it's very unlikely he's a high Fi user. Crosses off any IXFP types. Not Si user. Too spontaneous and high-risk. Crosses off any ISxJ types. Ti dominant of course. The intuition he uses is controlled and only relevant to the information at hand or the plan that needs to be executed. This is indicative of Ni NOT Ne.
