He is an obvious Fe Dom. The way he can't keep anything to himself for long and his need to express himself externally is all extroverted feeling. He also doesn't seem to care much about following order and hence doesn't seem to use Si. He is most likely an ENFJ. There is no instances of Ne or Fi and it might be misunderstood for Fe or Ni. ENFJs are the most mistyped in this community and their functions are overlooked based on the image they portray on screen. But the truth is, his functions mostly correlate to an ENFJ.
