From his very first appearance in Animator vs Animation IV, we can rule out that TSC behaves like a “soldier” simply following his programming. When Alan leaves to do the laundry, we see TSC moving around with curiosity, exploring the environment and trying out new things. An ESTJ, with their Te-Si, would probably have stayed put or, at most, tried to understand the rules of the context before acting. Instead, TSC shows an attitude of exploration driven by interpersonal interest and novelty, rather than a need to impose structure. When he first meets the other sticks, he sees a chaotic, conflict-ridden environment and feels overwhelmed. This fits an ENFJ, since his dominant Fe cannot stand a space where people can’t find a friend in each other, can’t communicate, or even indirectly connect through rivalry. For TSC, a scenario without human connection feels deeply uncomfortable. But he quickly opens up to becoming one of them. He trusts his thinking and his Ni (auxiliary) to join them, understanding that this entertains them. But… well, he actually found some friendly sticks. When they hesitate to leave their place, TSC can’t believe they aren’t able to reach an agreement among themselves, so he decides to step out first, without rubbing it in their faces or trying to be the perfect example. He focuses more on advancing the new group. He literally says “SEE? COME ON!” as he leaves, naturally becoming a leader without even noticing (Fe). A Te-dominant type would probably be frustrated that they were hesitating, and would take on a mature role to enforce the obvious choice (leaving), rather than motivating them naturally. Once outside and having fun, Alan returns. TSC: “OH NO, UUUHHH—” and immediately goes to look for Green, the closest one to getting out, clearly trying to get them to safety first. When Red is deleted, he panics and tries to go to each of the others before they are erased. After that… he refuses to be deleted himself. He is willing to do anything for his friends, rebelling against Alan. (This is not to say that a Te user has no feelings or doesn’t love their friends, just to clarify.) The first thing that comes to mind when facing the situation is to go to Alan’s Facebook posts and make him look bad among his friends, exposing him as someone lacking empathy and getting him into trouble. That shows Fe, because it focuses on Alan’s social circle and emotional image, instead of simply ruining his overall reputation or destroying the system (which would be more Te-like). Then, he literally uses his pencil to make new friends so they will accompany him, not even necessarily to help him. Fe. Finally, when he is trapped and Alan offers to free him in exchange for helping animate, TSC refuses to accept anything until he sees that his friends are still there. He prioritizes others and his own values over his own security or what would be reasonable. Fe > Te.
