I think he is an INFP. His character arc is about finding the right thing to do/doing the right thing (Fi dom). He also put his value and sense of right and wrong on the top priority, immediately rejecting Genichiro and Owl in their faces when they asked him to give them immortality (because they would use it for the wrong reason) but gave it to Wolf because he was impressed by his loyalty. He is definitely Fi user and not Fe user.
