Don't know what type she is but I definitely love her 🥰❤️ Edit: Okay upon rewatching, she's definitely an ENTP. Open-minded, rational, sweet, but also assertive with a quite weird taste. I can relate to her a lot, especially the way she dealt with Sheldon insulting her (S10E13), very straightforward and reasoning-oriented. Pretty clear Fe user; no Fi. Raj also said, "Emily did say I always talk about my feelings too much" (S10E15). I really do get uncomfortable (and I think other ENTPs do, too) when somebody is getting overemotional infront of me cuz I don't really know what to do or say lol, even when I myself am pretty emotional at times. She has no traits of ENFP whatsoever lol. ENFPs would be way more talkative and extraverted.
