Glad the consensus is changed. I dont really have the best arguments because she was a bit difficult for me to analyze, but here are some general observations I've made of her that makes me think ESTP is most likely. One thing I've noticed is that when describing the other members she often point's out physical and contete observations rather than abstract ones. She'll make comments about another's members hair or facial expressions etc without really branching out or adding on. She is completley interactive and immersed in reality and seems to adapt to the immediate environment with ease. She listed that one of her weaknesses is impulsivity which could be an sign of Se - Ni "At first, I had a lot of concerns about how to approach my members as the leader. Rather than a leader that’s like a friend, I wanted to become a flexible leader who is able to adopt the attitudes necessary in different situations." Her preference of leadership style seems Se-Fe. While she does use her own deductive logical reasoning to come to a conclusion that's makes the most sense to her (Ti), she ends up choosing the other option because its what the rest of her team thought (Fe). I think a Ti-Ni would be more confident about there conclusions and wouldnt give into peer pressure as easily.
