He wants to win at and overcome everything, and was especially famous for it in his early years. A natural leader and later icon of dependability as his Si matured. His Ne also shines in variety shows and he's a much quicker thinker on his feet than ISTJs. A shame, but really not a surprise, that this leadership style did the opposite of bringing the group back together. He went the Te-Si route of trying to force everything back to the way it was -- and they promptly fell apart.
