I see 9 over 4 for her. Although Piper is quite unique, this doesn't seem to be based in her perception of others. She's not trying to be different, nor does she ever experience much envy. She is so focused on meditation and spirituality because it helps her find inner peace. This is her ultimate goal, which seems 9-like to me. She also seems like an INFP over an INFJ to me. INFJs have a much more clear-cut future vision, and a desire to please others from their Fe. Piper is much more of a dreamer. She likes exploring new possibilities (Ne). She makes decisions based on how they make her feel, and what will ultimately be best for her internal emotional world, which is extremely important to her. Seems more like Fi-Ne than Ni-Fe to me. She was my favorite when I was a kid though:)
