I don’t think Frankie is SCOAN at all. She’s more Limbic (SLOAN) than Calm, always stressing herself out trying to get things done and have everything be perfect. I’m watching the “Store Wars” episode, and she’s overreacting and freaking out about every little mishap for planning Madame Foster’s birthday party. She reminds me of Candace from Phineas and Ferb, with both of them being neurotic and goal-oriented, but Frankie is more Accommodating (SLOAN) because she actually wants the best for the foster home and has good intentions, whereas Candace is more Egocentric (SLOEN) with her single-minded, relentless pursuit of busting her brothers. Update: So many people are upvoting my comment but still voting her SCOAN 😵💫
