Biografi
(NWR No.D1): A Metro-Cammel Diesel/Mechanical single car passenger unit. Daisy was built specially in 1960 for service on the Ffarquhar Branch. She was extremely cocky when she arrived in 1960 - but after a while realised that she was supposed to be part of a team, and sobered down considerably, to everyone's benefit. She still thinks her ideas are better than most other people's, but now is a little more cautious about saying so! Daisy is painted in British Railways (BR) Multiple Unit green with yellow stripes, as worn by most BR diesel multiple units in the early 1960s. When she first arrived, Daisy had the BR "Cycling Lion" crest on her sides, however this seems to have disappeared since. She has red bufferbeams.
