Nothing about him screams 3 to me. I think his basic fear is displayed quite clearly in season 2, where his main motivation was keeping what he had with his girlfriend. He feared losing what they had together and that is the main motivation for his behaviour. An enneagram 3 would be more concerned with keeping up an image, Tyler on the other hand is pretty go with the flow kind of guy, more harmonic and caring about his close ones. (9w8)
